The issue you reported has been closed as not valid by the Pinellas County Public Works Department “Doing Things for YOU!” Sr field Operations Coordinator investigate the reported issue and found "the pillars and the pond are on private property. Public works has no jurisdiction on private property. The beautification program has been canceled and is not active at this time". Private as in who? The hoa? Or a citizen? Aren’t all retention or dry ponds maintained by the county? If they are not then shouldn’t this be referred to code enforcement so the owner can bring into compliance?

Ok then can you then please keep the medians part of the beautification list? Since this IS county property
