Community Development will assign an in the Inspector to check for violations of the City’s Junk, Litter and Inoperable Vehicle Ordinance. The Inspector must be able to see visible signs that would deem the vehicle in question inoperable (flat tires, motor parts missing, up on jacks, etc). .
