There should be a regular garbage can for each resident and the city should do away with the large cans. Each can should be the responsibility of each resident and hidden from public view until garbage day. The large trash cans attract people from dumping their garbage against homes and is a rat trap. A regular garbage can for each resident would eliminate the homeless and raccoons digging in the trash cans and help to clean up the neighborhood. Totally agree with Tina. I will tell you that my neighbor that rents at the home on the alley and 7th has complained many times of people (usually in trucks) that stop and either dig through the large garbage can or dump next to it. The city should consider removing the large community dump cans and provide the smaller cans to each home. It is an eyesore.

Spoke to 811 7th Ave N, they are not the ones who sent the clickfix, there is enough service here and they will tell neighbor who sent request.jy 1-23-18

Unacceptable. As I put the initial claim in, we are sharing one trash can with 3 townhomes on our side on 7th Ave N, as well as at least three other single homes down the alley from us, as well as a multi unit building directly behind us as well as additional townhomes down the alley. Not sure how you are justifying enough service in our location when you don't live here and see the things that we deal with on a daily basis. Overflowing trash, trash diving from homeless, rodents, etc.
