I believe this has been noted several times on SCF and it remains unresolved. I assume, from the article in the Advocate, that since this has been noted and not fixed in a timely manner, it becomes a liability to the city and cars that are damaged by these 2 potholes can be reimbursed by the city up to $300 per incident.
