The entire Shirley Hills and adjoining historic neighborhoods should be consistently sign posted at 25 mph and all access into (and through) the neighborhood should be restricted during the morning and afternoon/evening "rush hours" to residents only, as is presently being implemented elsewhere in the country.

Lone Oak Drive is a residential street that has a speed limit of 25MPH.

The request was for a study of Twin Pines Drive, not Lone Oak Drive. Twin Pines Drive current speed limit is 35 and we request a study for it to be lowered to 25 to match other residential streets in the neighborhood.

Again asking for an update on this issue - it has been open for more than 8 months.

Macon-Bibb County has a blanket speed zone ordinance that classifies all residential streets as 25 mph roadways, posted or not. Lone Oak is signed as a 25 mph road. The current posted speed limit is 25 mph, not 35 mph.

Once again, if you would please read the initial request, we are requesting a study of TWIN PINES DRIVE, NOT Lone Oak Drive. The posted speed for TWIN PINES DRIVE is currently 35. We are requesting a study of TWIN PINES DRIVE
