Is there any progress on this. The detention pond is even more over grown and the fence is still broken. The owner is FGMS Holdings.

Has the owner, FGMS Holdings, been notified of this problem? Nothing has been done to improve this site. Please can you update me?

Here is a picture taken today - no change since reported in January.

There are young children in the immediate vicinity of this who could easily get into this area and suffer injury or worse. Please ensure this is addressed quickly!

This area is becoming increasingly more of an eye sore; not to mention the potential hazards associated with an overgrown detention pond where you cannot see where the ground ends and the drop-off begins.

Please let us know what next steps will occur to resolve this issue. We are very disappointed in the lack of responsiveness.
