Every time there's a power issue in Forest Hill this light goes on flash and will sit on flash for over hours or days they went out at 2 PM yesterday at rush-hour is extremely dangerous with people trying cross

"This is a follow up to your recent email regarding the traffic signal at the intersection of MD 24 and Dellcrest Drive / Spencola Parkway in the Forest Hill area of Harford County. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
Our signal technicians have repaired the traffic signal so that if another power failure should occur, the traffic signal should recycle to full signal after power is restored."
