This mess has been sitting on the curb for TWO WEEKS. It appears the tenants moved. I believe the landlord did this. I have to drive by it daily. This neighborhood is very neglected by the landlords and tenants. Who do we need to contact to get this cleaned up? This is the first airing of a vehicle since the trash was placed outside.

Address listed is appx location not exact. I don't know the exact number of the duplex. You can't miss the pile at the curb on the West side of Narcissus.
