Description

On O Street N.W. @ 22nd Street, next to the Dumbarton Place condo (1414 22nd Street, N.W.) on the side where the garage door opens - there are 2 street/parking signs that are contradictory. The city keeps ticketing all the cars who park in these 2 spaces and it's really unfair. One sign says "no parking" at all via the "P" symbol with a "/" across the letter, yet the other sign indicates no parking at certaint times - implying you CAN park there at the other hours. How can the city keep ticketing and collecting money off this? This affects 2 "spaces" along the curb. All this money should be refunded to those who received tickets. I have never received a ticket here but I observe this all the time - it's been going on for at least 3 years.
