Description

The traffic light pattern at Newport Ave. and Narragansett Park Drive has changed. it use to be whoever got to the intersection first, would get the green light and then the other side. Now it favors the CVS exit side and the other side (NPK) has to wait for the complete cycle again. But it works if a car gets to the light on the NPK side first, then the CVS side gets the green, but not the other way around. why?
