I am the owner of the "these people" property. That was just put out Sunday afternoon and I called Sanitation to pick it up. We do not throw stuff on the ground and not use the bins. There are numerous neighbors that have decided to use our property and alley for that matter as a trash dump. Such as the mattress, furniture and yard waste thrown there. I am tired of being blamed for others dumping there. If there is a problem with us, come talk to me. Jean.
