I definitely will let you know. I spoke to some men that were from a tree service and was told it belonged to the City and was told it was a live tree but it has many dead branches that drop pieces on my car at the entrance to our condos. The wind has me nervous that other cars driving down Savin Ave. could be damage by falling debris.

the tree company was out the end of last wk to trim. he spoke to my husband and told us that they were to cut any public limbs that could cause harm but that the limbs that were left were over condo property so it is our problem now and the limbs were dead and had ants in them. we called the condo mgmt association but i don't understand if it is a city tee why WE have to get the rest trimmed????? their property!

Any limbs, branches, etc on your property are your responsibility. If a tree falls in your yard, you have to remove it. It sucks, but it's the law. My neighbor recently went through something similar and had to pay $600 to have tree limbs trimmed.
