Saw it this morning. Sucks when people do that. LCI should get it.

The dumpster was placed in front of my house, although the work was being done on the house next door. Yesterday, when the dumpster was overflowing for several days, I was glad to see that it was removed, but a stack of trash (that was previously in the dumpster - 4 matresses, and at least 2 pieces of furniture) waa left on the street in the place of the dumpster.
