Description

Maintenance of the public area around this cart path is, and has been for a long time, very poor. There is cleanup left over from Matthew, marsh wrack from Irma, broken shrubs from the recent ice storm, and general uncleared windfalls. The appearance does not meet the standards required of residents!!
