This whole area is a disgusting mess.

Yes - there is a public safety issue here. The tents beyond the underpass are blocking the main traffic lanes.

This was taken a few days ago. Its worse now. This is not the bike lane - its the main traffic lane. Cars have to bypass it and pedestrians have to walk on the motorist traffic lane..
