Description

For a few days now there have been issues with the traffic light at MacHatcher and Donaldson creek parkway. The traffic light won't turn green for those going straight from Donaldson creek pkwy onto Noah drive. I've had issues with this on 1/30 in the evening and 1/28 in the morning.
