IT IS STILL THERE!!!!

LCI reached out to NHPD last week to see if it was stolen, which it is not. I am waiting to hear back from DEEP to see what they can do since it is in West Rock Park. Perhaps New Haven Parks Dept has a contact there, too.

Thanks, Cindy. I ended up getting a DEEP police officer to tow it and I kept his contact in the case it happens again!
