Abandoned vehicle. Has not been moved in over 6 months. New homeowner is afraid to call the city. Instead she parks across her front lawn, instead of in front of her house

Q. Why do you think it is abandoned (no tires, plowed in, etc.)?
A. Vehicle has not moved since before July 4th, 2017. No one on the block claims to own the car
