Description

For several months (6 or more), there have been orange cones and wooden barriers placed randomly along the pedestrian path (adjacent to sidewalk) along Glen Cove Parkway. During this time, they have been moved from place to place, have ended up in the street and hit by cars and an eyesore to the community. What is the purpose of these items? Are they a permanent fixture? Are they serving the purpose intended given they are not in their original spots?
