Location: I-580 East (Knox fwy), left lane, between Central and Buchanan Ave exits. Issue: 5 separate areas with broken, sunken, missing, rough, and uneven asphalt pavement. Hazard to vehicle control. Potential liability to drivers and City. Photo attached is of only one of 5 areas.
