Thank you for bringing this to our attention. There was a problem where a large windrow was blocking the detector for this intersection, causing it to potentially not recognize vehicles waiting for service. We have resolved this, however this intersection is configured to emphasize the traffic on the 92st corridor, and as such the wait times can seem long.
