Highway engineers want you to be moving slowly prior to your arrival at Rte. 202.

So these "Highway engineers" have nothing better to do than to put up stop signs to prepare you for other stop signs?
Fact of the matter is the only thing it succeeds in doing is having cars make dangerous panic stops if they don't miss it all together.
