At the corner of Wright Ave. and Superior heading East there is no turn signal for a left turn. Heading west the light turns yellow before it does for those headed East, however the driver waiting to turn left onto Wright Ave. has no way of knowing whether they have the right of way until the light on their side turns yellow. This causes a lot of congestion, particularly in the mornings and early evening.
