Description
I'm not sure who the proper person is to report this to but it's rush hour (7:30 am) and I've been first in line to turn onto Chelsea Street bridge from Eastern Ave. and it went up. Not only did it go up once, but it came all the way down and didn't open the arms/let any cars through before going right back up and now staying up for an extended amount of time. Not only does this cause an absurd amount of traffic but it doesn't make Chelsea a desirable place to live for commuters considering I've been sitting here for 35 minutes and it hasn't even started going down for the second time. If we have to wait for it to go up one full cycle, they should let some cars go through to relieve traffic before putting it up a SECOND time.

If you contact your state rep, they'd likely be the best starting place for this. https://www.chelseama.gov/home/pages/state-representatives
State reps weighed-in and got MassDOT to adjust the traffic flow entering the Sumner Tunnel during rush hour when they were taking out the toll booths.
