I work nearby and often see cars turning right from Congress St. onto Purchase St. and 93 South from the wrong lanes. There's frequent honking and I've seen the police working a collision. It might improve safety to put some overhead signs on Congress at High or Franklin indicating the correct lane for various movements well in advance.
