what is going on with these people living in this RV? This was reported 15 days ago and they are still living in this RV. They pulled it out last week to empty the holding tank but came back within a few hours. How do I know?? I saw them pull into an RV park to have it emptied!!! Why is this allowed when the code states this is NOT allowed? Making our neighborhood look trashy and lowering property values!!! Please address this issue!!!
