Southbound, the road goes from two lanes to one after the traffic light.
Often, traffic in the right lane tries to beat the left. a simple solution would be to make the right lane turn right only.

Thank you... Nothing has been done in the 21 years I've lived here. So I doubt anything will be done. Still, an inexpensive fix. Ironically, the day I submitted my thoughts they was an accidental there.
The out of state traffic to the resorts at Alta and Snowbird is getting heavier.
