This has now gotten worse. Not only is the fence still broken and laying in pieces. Now homeless people have moved into the backyard and are now squatting back there. The broken fence and trash piles all around the property are just inviting all the homeless in town to come and move in.
Who owns this property? Can they be fined? Or forced to sell to someone who actually cares about the city?
