No change issues still persist illegal possession 3 years later

1950 days later he still has illegal possession Detroit city just don't care. stealing power and water and took over the home of 6452 Belfast Detroit mi. Has never paid taxes has no deed no ownership to the home at 6452 Belfast Detroit mi. this was reported on 02/07/2018 it now 6/2023. wow!!!

wow still there the city not going do anything SMH I nee to find a house in the city and move in and dont pay taxes or mortgage
