Description
People from Theory Apartments are aggressively stopping pedestrians to give 'rent deals ' by blocking the sidewalk with wagons so pedestrians cannot pass by. It's like nothing I've ever seen before. Don't they even need a permit just to pass out these flyers and stop people?
