Description

Wondering why the stop lights are not flashing yellow after midnight on Church and West End. Figured that the yellow flashing for thru traffic was good for light traffic during the early morning hours. Wouldn't be so bad if the lights were coordinated so you could do the speed limit and catch the greens. Now if you stop for you one red light you end up stopping for 3 with no cross traffic. Just wondering. Thanks you guys usually do a great job of fixing stuff that is broken.
