This vehicle has been referred to the Shoreline Police Department for police action. Please let me explain Customer Response Team’s involvement in abandon vehicles. We have an agreement with the Shoreline Police Department to tag an abandon vehicle with a 24 hour impound notice to move the vehicle. If the vehicle does not move than we refer the vehicle to the Shoreline Police for follow up. The Shoreline Police then tag it with their 24 hour impound notice...if the vehicle fails to move than it is reviewed for towing and will be towed as time allowed. That decision will be made by the police. Customer Response Team may be notified of the resolution.
