Thank you for your response. Well this is very unfortunate news you're telling me. I hope the City of Corona will process it through to the right channels. I get really frustrated when they say "oh that street isn't incorporated with the City it's county and there's nothing we can do". Well yes there is, someone does, and knows what and when to do it. Norco is a lovely town but the surfas streets are in dire need. I'll do what I can on my part and we'll see what happens. I'm hopeful.
