  Sorry, I can't answer your questions. The person was doing a lot of yelling as we hiked the trail up. Much of it unintelligible. 45 minutes later as we descended the same fire trail we considered exploring a redwood grove below the main fire trail. As we descended toward the grove on a well worn path the same male voice was yelling STAY AWAY! We did not go further due to concerns of safety. There is a problem in the woods. The voice was not friendly, rather it was alarming. I don't know what the problem is and am not inclined to get any closer to find out.
