Description
Greetings and felicitations. The “No Turn on Red” sign facing the westbound lane turns off (I believe) when the green right turn arrow is on, but not when the round (main) green light is on--or vice versa (I’m afraid I forget). In any case, it is on for part of the time that a righthand turn *is* allowed, it is on, confusing drivers who are unfamiliar with the intersection, who in turn vex those of us who are. Would you please be so kind as to rectify this?
Ciao,

There shouldn't be any confusion, the sign does say " No turn on red". So if the light isn't red, the sign doesn't apply. It is still a sign, not a signal.
