Judging by stats, these posts, and what I witness...all this illegal activity and blight seems limited to the same old areas. Why can't they be monitored a little better? I could understand if this was all over the city and vexed officers due to being overwhelmed....but, c'mon!
How about Guardian Angels? Or better yet, Charles Bronson.
Death WIsh III was all about Bronson uniting a neighborhood similar to Kingston against drug addicts and bums. Heed Bronson....

Random sweeps - NOT ONLY evening hours BUT a lot of traffic is done early in the mornings.
Don't let the criminals outsmart the LAW. Sometimes they work went shifts, change, etc. Continue to do whatever is nescessary to FIX the problems. What can residents do to help? If you think that neighbors aren't frustrated with these crimes you're VERY mistaken. Let's get the word out - WHAT can residents do ? ? ?
