OMG! 3 trash bags and a mattress in the back yard. Are you a peeping tom or something why are you in or looking in their back yard? is the real question.

Spoke to someone at the home today they were asked to clean up property and given information how to discard trash properly.

A fine was issued for noncompliance

Another fine will be issued for non compliance for mattress stored in yard.
