Howard County Animal Control picks up deceased Dogs, Cats and Deer only. If removal is still desired for any other type of animal, gloves should be worn and the animal can be buried on your property or can be double bagged and disposed of in your trash can. You can also hire a private removal company to dispose of the animal, like DPP Of Howard County, 410-531-1012.
