The City is not responsible for maintaining I-275, that is the responsibility of FDOT. We have forwarded the information provided in this report to our Storwmater Department who handle issues regarding medians and right-of-way maintenance to see if there is any action we can take. There is litter on the Pinellas side of the Skyway piled up against the wrought iron fencing seeping into the waters, on the north bound side near the scenic pull over exit. Piles on 275 heading north all around the exits at the Tropicana area on the west side heading north just pass the Tropicana all past that beautiful tourist attraction garbage mountain recycling plant and all around the 22nd Ave N exit and the grounds surrounding St Pete's Mount Garbage. I have to say the FODC has been out because the piles of garbage on the street drains are pretty clear. It's been so bad for years I can't imagine the amt of garbage that seeped into the waters. Someone is waking up. Not all of St Pete is about Beach Drive and downtown.A Coastal City as such should be most conscious of being spotless of litter! Enough of polluting the waters here! Constant sewer dumping and not caring about all litter. WTH. More important than art on buildings. Stop allowing all the polluting!

“Not all of Saint Pete is about Beach Drive…”. All of us who don’t live downtown or in the old Northeast need to start a go fund me page with that slogan! Truer words have never been spoken!! Not all of Saint Pete is about Beach Drive!!!
