Description

When exiting the Giant / Weis / PNC from North Hills Pl. onto North Atherton, this signal only allows 1-2 cars out (it is only green for 4 seconds). This has changed in recent weeks and I've seen many cars either turn around or turn right instead of waiting to turn left. In addition, the light then stays red for much longer (~2 minutes), even during non rush-hour (7:30pm). Please adjust the timing so more cars can exit onto N. Atherton.
