W 23 and Oakdale Ave=
As you are driving west on West 23 St. there is a stop sign at Oakdale. The house on the NE corner of Oakdale has decided to use the tree lawn as a driveway. These parked cars block the view of cars driving South on Oakdale. I am sure I am not the only one who has had near misses as I inch into traffic to see around the parked cars after stopping at the stopsign.
