The traffic light sensor camera for eastbound traffic on Liberty Blvd crossing PA-29 does not detect bicycles, so there is no green light until a car is traveling the same direction.

I posted this comment 15 days ago and left a message for Paul Lutz at the Chester County office of PennDOT but have not been called back. Mr. Lutz is in the Traffic Unit at 610-205-6700

I just proceed when it is safe if the light does not change after 5 minutes.
