City Hall – DR assigned this issue to Public Works - JF (Sanitation)

It's been two months of trying to get around these bins while the construction continues and blocks the sidewalks. If you've seen how fast some cyclists go in the bike lane you would understand why walking there is not an option. This is a very busy stretch of sidewalk and it's crazy to make us all wait to squeeze through an opening big enough for one person for months!
