Description

The traffic light timing and/or intervals on Belvidere heading south (and seemingly heading north too) between Leigh St. and Broad St. causes traffic to back up, block intersections and wait through multiple traffic light cycles - slowing traffic considerably each weekday morning. I have observed this from 7:30 am - 9:00 am, but it may happen at other times as well. Please note that this only started happening in the last few weeks. It now takes 5+ minutes to travel 4 blocks where it only used to take a couple minutes.
