the plow came down South Water Street 1 time on the odd side. However because there were cars parked on the odd side the plow did not remove the snow in a way that was sufficient to widen the street.according to the city they feel that they have sufficiently removed the snow from South Water Street. Unfortunately this is not the case. People have been parking on the even side of the street all week to accommodate snow removal. The street has not been made enough at this point to allow for Residence with no driveway to park on the street even on 1 side. This will be a problem in school opens and they are trying to bring the bus is down the street in Resident are trying to park. The city needs to come back and do the job right this time especially now that the parking ban has been lifted they will not be able to do it if they do not do it this weekend.
