This residence is unoccupied and has been for over 5 years. No water to property or electricity. Property has dead trees posing hazard and imminent danger to anyone using alley or neighbors using their back yard. The problem has been reported for years to codes and nothing is done. Look at number of complaints and the number of times codes just rewrite the complaint.. which in essence makes codes look like a joke to some. The mayor's office needs to get involved in this habitual offender making neighborhood blighted.
