I reported over the phone about my neighbors dogs being out. Ref# 215785. I took this at my front window.

A. my neighbors dogs are out and tried to get aggressive with me when I came home with my son and elderly grandmother. I tried to let my neighbors know that their dogs were out when they went back into their back yard, but no one answered the door.
