Please do not move or remove any of the mailbox components at this time. We thank you for your patience during this process. If the existing mailbox can be repaired, that is always our first course of action. If it cannot be repaired, I will contact you once the inspection has occurred to discuss your options. As a reminder, any items located along the city right-of-way (mailboxes, trash carts, light fixtures, etc) are susceptible to damage when clearing snow from public roadways. The city will make every effort to minimize any potential damage to items located in the right-of-way.
