Description

Even with a sign saying do not drive on shoulder, drivers going south on 202 toward Henderson Rd intersection, do not wait until the true right turn lane begins. They pull onto shoulder and drive quite a distance along it, jeopardizing those who obey law and are waiting until the right turn land actually begins to pull to the right. I've seen police there once in awhile but something more needs to be done.
