Maybe the police could look into it since it sounds like something sketchy (like drugs or prostitution?) is it conceivably going on. We have no legal recourse for these types of neighbors who couldn't care less about what they do to the neighborhoods.

You can look the address up on pcpao.org and see that it's owned by a house flipping company. They may not even know people are using their investment that way. Their phone number is on their website and Facebook page.

They are obviously more slum lord than flipper. I looked them up on the city’s website and the property has multiple code violations so they must know what’s going on there.

Am I the only one who believes that if our Mayor lived next door to this property that the issue would have been resolved 3 years ago? Just like the section of fence that was laying on the sidewalk here for six weeks with nails sticking up… Does anyone believe that section of fence would have laid on the sidewalk on Beach Drive or outside the mayors home for six weeks?! The ONLY way we’re going to get the city to pay attention to any of us who live south central is if we get together in person and DEMAND change! Complaining on this site or in the newspaper or any other forum is just too easy for them to ignore us. Just review the myriad issues in this tiny little section of our neighborhood alone: the homeless people living along booker creek and polluting it, the homeless people setting up camp across from Tony’s meat market, the man living on the corner of 3rd St., South and 13th Ave., South… ALL of these issues have been reported many, many times and have been happening for many many years, yet they just keep happening. Nothing is going to change unless we personally get involved and meet face-to-face with the mayor and hope that he cares more than his administration seems to.

It's the same problem up here in New Northeast, Case in point just drive down 83rd ave and look at all the yard parking and construction vehicles parked in driveways. You would think the city would see this without it being pointed out to them. But no.....
